Our most popular jump rope for women is 1.0kgs and 1.3kgs
Our most popular jump rope for men is 2.3kgs and 2.5kgs

If you are a beginner we suggest you start with our lower weighted ropes 1.0kgs-1.5kgs and to move up to 2.3kgs/2.5kg in weight as your muscles strengthen.
